North-east of Nantes, near the Port Boyer towers, the ZAC Éraudière densifies a sector running along the Vallon des Sourdes. Magnum's urban scheme is laid out perpendicular to the valley: from the trafficked streets, visual and physical porosities lead down into the heart of the landscape. Building heights step down from the roundabout toward the existing low-rise fabric, stitched in with grouped houses, intermediate forms and small collective blocks. Toward Port Boyer, the built form rises to open views over the Erdre valley. Across the study perimeter, roughly 350 homes in time, plus offices and workshops, with one open question: the long-term mutation of the Intermarché car park.
