In Monaco, in Moneghetti below the Jardin Exotique, Villa Ninetta replaces the former Palais Ninetta with a new residential building. Designed by Cabinet Fabrice Notari for Segond, it rises eleven storeys over nine basement parking levels and holds twenty-seven apartments, from studios to three-room flats, with concierge service. The architecture is contemporary but cites the Belle Époque heritage of 1960s Monaco; the upper floors open to the sea. The steep site is reached on foot by the historic Théâtre des Muses stairs or from Rue Malbousquet. Marble, stone and parquet carry the level of finish.
