Sport, health, nature: the Ligue de Football des Pays de la Loire framed its future headquarters and training centre around those three strands, and Magnum entered the competition with a scheme. The brief goes well beyond admin: training and accommodation for the elite youth squads, hosting for camps and clubs, a health pole, and a wide spread of outdoor sports facilities. The environmental ask is high: timber construction, self-sufficient water management, pitches irrigated with recycled water. The proposal arranges this mixed programme around the daily life of the young players.
