R+T restaurant

R+T is a restaurant that does not exist: a high-end venue imagined on top of a Chicago tower to test Serge Ferrari's Safety fabric in real conditions. The idea is to take that textile out of its usual protective role and fold it fully into a careful interior, high up, where wind, the drop and the view put the material under tension. Rather than a product swatch, the project builds a believable place where the fabric works at once as balustrade, filter and atmosphere. The performance stays legible, but in service of the table and the panorama.
