La Farigoule ESAT

In La Roque d'Anthéron, Baldassari-Sibourg takes over the existing building of the ESAT La Farigoule to modernise and extend it. The establishment supports workers with disabilities; the project keeps the structure in place and grafts on an open restaurant, administration spaces and housing for the people who live on site. The point is not to produce an object but to fit a place to mixed uses, work, support and living, at the human scale the practice stands for. The restaurant holds the link to the outside, where the establishment meets the ordinary life of the village.
